These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wenpkr. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any part of the wenpkr platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on the wenpkr platform. wenpkr is strictly an 18+ service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or above.
2.2 Age Verification. wenpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation confirming you are aged 18 or older, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the wenpkr platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling laws vary across regions in Pakistan and internationally. wenpkr makes no representation that the services are legal in your specific location. If in doubt, seek independent legal advice before registering.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one wenpkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
2.5 Personal Use Only. wenpkr accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not operate an account on behalf of another person or use the platform for any syndicate, collective, or commercial betting operation without prior written authorisation from wenpkr.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering a wenpkr account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). wenpkr is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to submit documents including but not limited to government-issued identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions or closure.
3.3 Account Activation. A wenpkr account is active upon successful registration. Certain features, including withdrawals above specified thresholds, require completion of the KYC process before they become accessible.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wenpkr login credentials. wenpkr will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify wenpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security. wenpkr will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. wenpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is available via your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login attempts.
5.1 Accepted Methods. wenpkr accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payment page, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts per method are displayed on the wenpkr cashier page. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be credited to your account.
5.3 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Deposits from third-party payment sources or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. wenpkr reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to suspend the associated account.
5.4 No Credit. wenpkr does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are already present in your Real Money Balance or applicable Bonus Balance.
6.1 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by wenpkr within the timeframes published in the Payment section. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed promptly. Bank transfers are subject to standard banking timelines.
6.2 KYC Prerequisite. wenpkr may require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard requirement under responsible gaming and anti-money laundering compliance frameworks.
6.3 Same-Method Policy. Wherever possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a fraud prevention measure and is not negotiable in most circumstances.
6.4 Withholding Rights. wenpkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, account terms violations, or AML concerns are under investigation. In such cases, wenpkr will communicate with the player within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by wenpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. These terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly on each promotion. wenpkr may contribute different game types at different rates toward wagering completion.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. wenpkr employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonuses, and coordinated play patterns. Players found to have abused promotions may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
7.4 Amendment and Withdrawal of Offers. wenpkr reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accepted by players prior to the change.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered by wenpkr are supplied by certified third-party providers. RNG-based games have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game mechanics under camera supervision.
8.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with wenpkr's sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting markets including PSL, international T20s and Test matches are governed by rules published in the sportsbook help section.
8.3 Void Bets. wenpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds arising from a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases the staked amount will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
8.4 Final Decisions. All decisions by wenpkr regarding the settlement of bets and casino game outcomes are final, subject only to demonstrable technical error supported by verifiable evidence.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wenpkr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 Commitment. wenpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all product categories on the platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial hardship or distress.
10.2 Player Tools. Every wenpkr account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check pop-ups, and self-exclusion.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may self-exclude from the wenpkr platform for any period from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, wenpkr will not market to the excluded player and will reject any attempts to open a new account.
10.4 Minor Protection. wenpkr takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. You must ensure that your wenpkr login credentials are not accessible to anyone under 18 years of age. If you share a device with minors, use the platform's session logout function consistently.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the wenpkr platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces and design elements is the intellectual property of wenpkr or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the wenpkr platform without prior written consent.
12.1 Platform Availability. wenpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity failures and circumstances beyond wenpkr's control may result in temporary service disruption. wenpkr will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
12.2 Gambling Losses. wenpkr will not be liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. All gambling involves inherent financial risk and you acknowledge this risk by using the service.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your wenpkr account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of any pending KYC requirements, provided no terms violations are under investigation.
13.2 Suspension by wenpkr. wenpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
13.3 Balance Treatment on Termination for Cause. Where an account is terminated due to terms violations, bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, wenpkr reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. Decisions of this nature are subject to internal review and the player will be informed of the outcome in writing.
wenpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the wenpkr platform following notification of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards applicable to the wenpkr platform's operating jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the wenpkr platform, you should first contact wenpkr's support team via live chat or email. wenpkr will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support, escalation procedures available under wenpkr's licensing framework may apply.
15.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
